Thandeka has been in the real estate space for 18 years, working with the leading and most trusted real estate brands in South Africa. It has allowed her to gain immense experience, knowledge and exposure in order to serve different markets and cities. It has also offered her the opportunity to be involved in off-plan developments in KZN. Born in Pietermaritzburg, she moved to eThekwini Municipality to pursue more of her dreams. She holds a Degree in Town and Regional Planning, Bsc-Honours Degree and is a Full status Property Professional.
Her entrepreneurial spirit ignited in the early ages of her life as she used to sell vetkoeks, and clothes and ran a salon during school holidays. Her resilient spirit in a very competitive real estate industry has earned her several awards in consecutive years. She enjoys educating clients in the process of selling and buying properties. It’s a lengthy process which requires patience and commitment. She believes a home is where memories are cherished and could be wealth created over time.
